WHERE IS NEW MARKET, TN?

Nestled between Pigeon Forge & Knoxville Tennessee

Our Tennessee farm is just 25 miles outside of Knoxville and 25 miles from Sevierville. We have overnight accommodations family-style for up to 80 guests. We also have, 9 miles away, a large selection of hotels which gives us a perfect setting for destination weddings and events.

DESTINATION WEDDING?

Tennessee Destination Wedding

We are a perfect location for Destination Brides as we sleep 20 on the farm side for two nights. We also offer 60 additional overnight accomidations in the Barndominiums on Fairland Ridge acrosse the street from the farm. We also have nearby overnights at local Airbnb units for up to 12 more folks. Lastly only 9 miles away are several large hotels located on I40 exit 417. WHAT DOES FARM RENTAL PRICING INCLUDE?

Pricing includes all building use, sound systems, decor, tablecloths, tables and white event chairs, and barnyard use and our basic $10,000.00 booking also includes onvernigth for 20 folks two nights.

CAN I BOOK THE FARM RIGHT NOW?

We do make bookings over the website and everything can be done electronically. We also are glad to meet you in person at the farm.

DO I HAVE TO USE SPECIFIC CATERERS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, ETC.?

We do not require you use our vendors and we do not perform any business services. We simply rent our real estate to you.

DO YOU HAVE CATERING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we have a list of trusted catering businesses in the area to reccomend with a varity of menu items including food trucks like Gelato Brothers Dessert and Coffee Trailer..

DO YOU HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHER ONSITE?

We are glad to recommend this service with vendors that we trust in the area.

COORDINATION AND PLANNING MY EVENT?

We have several trusted planners that are familiar with the farm, and trusted vendors in the area.

WHAT “EXTRAS” DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

We offer overnight rental, sound system usage, golf cart use, linens, table and chair and much more are offered with your rental.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?

Deposits can be made in 3 payments for events booked more than 6 months ahead or in 2 payments if booked less than 6 months from the event. All payments must be made in full 60 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but dates could be moved.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS ON THE FARM?

Prior to your rental, you can visit the farm and take photos.
