We are a perfect location for Destination Brides as we sleep 20 on the farm side for two nights. We also offer 60 additional overnight accomidations in the Barndominiums on Fairland Ridge acrosse the street from the farm. We also have nearby overnights at local Airbnb units for up to 12 more folks. Lastly only 9 miles away are several large hotels located on I40 exit 417. Pricing includes all building use, sound systems, decor, tablecloths, tables and white event chairs, and barnyard use and our basic $10,000.00 booking also includes onvernigth for 20 folks two nights.

We do make bookings over the website and everything can be done electronically. We also are glad to meet you in person at the farm.

We do not require you use our vendors and we do not perform any business services. We simply rent our real estate to you.

We offer overnight rental, sound system usage, golf cart use, linens, table and chair and much more are offered with your rental.

Deposits can be made in 3 payments for events booked more than 6 months ahead or in 2 payments if booked less than 6 months from the event. All payments must be made in full 60 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but dates could be moved.

Prior to your rental, you can visit the farm and take photos.
